Alternative to Espazine 1Mg tablet
My Grandmother has been taking Espazine 1Mg tablet for a long time now. The ailment I am unsure about but It was prescribed by Dr K K Sinha Ranchi Jharkhand. This medicine is not available any more and the Dr passed away last month.
Can you suggest any alternative to this medicine?
Is Schizonil 1mg Tablet or Psycalm 1mg Tablet a suitable alternative?

The salt is Trifluperazine it’s antipsychotic medicine to treat schizophrenia. You will not get it off the shelf. Please consult a local psychiatrist at nearest hospital and then take prescription to get medicine
