I have been diagnosed with a grade 3 ACL tear. Orthopedist suggested physiotherapy for 5 weeks. He told me that if i feel instability in joint during physiotherapy then i have to undergo ACL reconstruction surgery. I dont want undergo surgery, so i have done some study on alternatives of ACL reconstruction and i came across stem cell therapy and prp therapy. I have seen some papers in NCBI regarding these therapies. I am 30 yrs, moderately active. can i go for alternatives? Thank You
