At 26 you cannot always feel sleepy and not want to contribute to society Get blood tested for cbc, sugar and if overweight or having any period problem, get thyroid profile done

There are multiple reasons why you'd feel like this. I would advise you to visit an ER and undergo investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, Vitamin D, vitamin B12, etc to find any medical underlying problem and have it treated accordingly.
