Hello
Based on you description of your concern.it appears to me you have fatigue ,unrefreshing sleep ,poor concentration ,felling low and accompanied with stressors like competitive exams.if u have told me the duration of your symptoms it would have been better.but appears you might have a mild form of depressive episode.kindly consult a psychiatrist for appropriate treatment
Your symptoms are suggestive of depression. But confirmation of diagnosis can be made after a clinical interview. Please visit a mental health professional.
