Always low blood pressure
My mother 52 years old is having always low blood pressure in between 100-110/65-70 because of which she always feeling fatigue when she speaks much or work for long time then she use to feel suddenly no energy to speak and feels like no air to breath and at that point of time her bp use to be low. However all her reports are normal as per physicians but her this problem from last 10 days becoming permanent. She becomes normal only after drinking glucose or eating some fruits. I am here attaching her latest reports also. I am eagerly waiting for the response by which we can make her relief Before 2 years she was on medication of high bp .

Currently patient's blood pressure lies within the normal range. Consider getting a Blood sugar level tested. Give her frequent meals. Also medicines and  supplements can be given to enhance her appetite and strength her.

Hello, She is anemic so she will be fatigue always. Hemoglobin is 10.4. 110/70 is normal no need to worry. Check her sugar level if she has any dizziness.

Fatigue and weakness may be associated with mild anemia, or dehydration. Drink more water, fruits and vegetables containing more water content like ash guard, cucumber, watermelon, etc. Take iron rich diet like spinach, dates, curry leaves, amla, etc. Menopause may also cause these weaknesses.
Next Steps
If she's not on any antihypertensive or Diabetic medication, can give her ORS solution if it's only necessary depending on her condition.
