Always runny nose or blocked nose
It's been a long time that since I have been suffering from runny nose. Once a weak I get cold and runny nose cs of climate change, dust allergies or something I eat which is cold.
Not sure if it's due to sinus or I have any other problems. I quit smoking 16 months ago (15 20 sticks a day) and also hard drinks at the same time. Still the problems have not gone.
