Hello, I always feel tired and can't do heavy works. I can not do much exercise either because of the fatigue. Is it possible that I could be suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? How is CFS diagnosed

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by persistent and unexplained fatigue resulting in severe impairment in daily func-tioning. Fatigue lasts for at least 6 months. Fatigue results in a substantial reduction in previous occupational, educational, social, and personal activities. Four or more of the following symptoms are concurrently present for  6 months: impaired memory or concentration, sore throat, tender cervical or axillary lymph nodes, muscle pain, pain in several joints, new headaches, unrefreshing sleep, or malaise after exertion
Next Steps
I think we should exclude other causes of fatigue before reaching chronic fatigue syndrome complete blood count; erythrocyte sedimentation rate; C-reactive protein; serum creatinine, electrolytes, blood glucose; liver function tests; thyroid-stimulating hormone; and urinalysis. I think u should get these tests done ... if already done kindly send me reports and let me analyse hope the information is useful
