Hello. It must be very difficult for you right now. The factors that you have mentioned could indicate depression. However it is important to understand the cause or reason for the same. As you have mentioned, you are not aware of the reasons why you are feeling empty, but there could be a certain factor to it that you may not be completely aware of. Speaking to a psychiatrist will help you to understand this reason, more importantly it will help you to understand whether you would require medication or not. Sometimes counseling would be enough to deal with the situation. However it is important to understand what is required.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and let him/her know your situation.
Health Tips
I understand it must be difficult to talk to somebody right now about how you are feeling, but I would encourage you to share your feelings and thoughts to somebody you care about and trust. It is important that you do not bottle up for your feelings.

Hi Depression is very common disorder. Many of us feel depressed some part of life with similar symptoms. But all depression can be treated with medication. But when it's mild and you are willing to do some Individual therapy or Yoga & exercise for depression then you will recover from it without medication. The Myth is that, all antidepressants leads to Dependence and renal damage. This lead to fear among patients towards medication. If I can know you problem in detail I will plan your MGT according.
Next Steps
for the time now Do regular exercise and yoga. start T. Recita 5mg for 4 days then continue 10 mg at night.
Health Tips
