I am a working person. In recent times I don't feel motivated enough to do anything. I always feel bored but have to drag myself to move or do anything. Not sure when it all started but feel disconnected with myself.

Ok..I can empathize with you...there could be many reasons for getting bored with routine... identity stressors if present..solve them..do something you love to do..movies, meeting friends, reading, etc...if your mood doesn't improve Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case... regards..it will help for sure...feel free to reach us
