Amount of b12 needed with orally intake
I am confused about how much I need to Vitamin B12 I should take orally. The daily recommended amount is 2,6 mcg, but that is only the absorbed amount. I take it in pills and not a lot gets absorbed!

Hello.... It is recommended to take B12 injection rather than the oral dose.... as B12 is not absorbed completely when taken orally....
