How much milk should a 31y old housewife consume in a day, with regular diet, household work and no specific exercise routine.. should a health drink be mixed?

Milk is a good thing to have and milk usually has One cup (240 ml) of whole milk with 3.25% fat provides Calories: 149 Water: 88% Protein: 7.7 grams Carbs: 11.7 grams Sugar: 12.3 grams Fiber: 0 grams Fat: 8 grams If you are having a balanced wholesome diet full of green vegetables and vitamins then milk is sufficient, however if not a wholesome diet then you can add some supplements into your milk intake by considering a advise of a doctor. This additional supplement should not be taken everyday but probably at alternate days.
