Anal Fissure and Increasing Reddish area
Doctor view required regarding Anal Fissure. Dr, I Have 8 External Piles too, Skin inside of External Piles is becoming Red and Swell and increasing from one External Piles to now 6 external pile. On which External pile this red goes that part of anus became not working (means not opening while defecating ). This Reddish area is 1st became pink then futher spread then became Red then dark Red and result is that part of anus became tight. This Reddish Is Painless unless it became very Dark Red with High Swelling..........Kindly Please Tell This Spreading Reddish is Due to Inflammation of Fissure.......OR......Fissure is Due to anus tight due to this spreading reddish. Thanks

Hi..... Anal fissure usually heals on its own within four to six weeks. If it doesn't, medical treatment or surgery usually can relieve discomfort.... Add fiber to your diet. Fiber-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains..... Drink adequate fluids. Fluids help prevent constipation.....Exercise regularly. Engage in 30 minutes or more of moderate physical activity, such as walking, most days of the week. Exercise promotes regular bowel movements and increases blood flow to all parts of your body, which may promote healing of an anal fissure.... Avoid straining during bowel movements. Straining creates pressure, which can open a healing tear or cause a new tear....
