Anal fissure
From last 6 month i have reccurent problems of swelling and irritation in and around the anus..
I have taken medicine for piles, colitis, fissure but the problem is not completely cure.
I can,t understand what is the problem how to examine the real cause and how to cure and what should i change my daily diet.

Ahh I can understand. First thing I willl advice you is to go and meet surgeon and get examined yourself to know the exact diagnosis .. swelling generally does happen with piles ..
follow the surgeon advice and if surgery is required so plan it as that is the only cure in case of piles or fissure
