  4. Anal fissure. For another one month?

I am having anal fissure and got diagnosed it with rectal examination and doctor told to use anobliss but its been 3 month and its not yet healed . It fine someday and someday it very painful . Should i continue using anobliss cream for another one month? Can't follow up with doctor as he is not seeing patient

You need minor laser surgery for anal fissure to cure it. As with medicines high chances of recurrence. Surgery has good results
