I am having anal fissure problem for last 1 month having too much pain in anal area ,can it be cure without surgery in Ayurveda treatment.

First of all use Indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, Western toilet increases constipation. Anal Fissure can be completely treated without surgery by Graded Kshar Karma treatment. In this treatment; a specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually 3-5 Graded Kshar Karma sittings are required for complete healing of Anal Fissure at weekly intervals. This is an OPD treatment.
