Anal fissure
I am suffering from Fissures for past 8 years...some lump in anus will come and go inside passing stools frequently...before 6 years blood come after that no blood...yearly once burning sensation feels that time I apply a ointment it become normal in 2 weeks...every years like that...what the cure for this

Need clinical examination and if its a chronic fissure it might require surgery till then continue laxatives, anal ointment ant sitz bath.  something comming out of anus might be piles which might require surgery as well
