Anal fissure/ tear at anua
Hi, I was experiencing anal burning and pain while defecating, I've used lactifiber granuels and crefamin syrup as doctor suggested on practo for two weeks and also added fiber in the diet. But didn't competed the course of medicine neglected at the end, so one day I passed big or hard stool, while passing the stool I've experienced a lot of pain .. still im experiencing pain. Now applying xylocaine 2 jelly... It's decreasing the pain. I've attached the photo of the tear... I want to know whether there's something to worry? Please answer!

Well it an Acute Anal fissure. You need to Increase your Daily water amd Fiber intake. Add Ispaghula husk 2 tsf with Curd Thrice/day Oint. Diltiazem LA (Anal Region) Twice/day Tab. Enzoflam-CT 01 tab Thrice/day. Sitz bath Four times/day. Tab. Augumentin 625 mg Thrice/day.
Next Steps
If starts resolving, then continue the Above for atleast 5 days but if you feel the Complaint is same or worsening in a Day or Two, do visit a General Surgeon near to your Place for Proper Evaluation and further Treatment.

Recurrent passage of hard stool leads to fissure in ano. It's treatable condition. Need laxative and anal sphincter dilators. Plenty of fibre in diet.
