Anal fissure treatment
Sir/madam,
I have been suffering from crohns disease.My current medicines are Mesacol OD, Azathioprine, shelcal, Livogen captab, pan40.I have anal fissure hence there are tears around anus which are painful while bowel movement and sometimes sticky discharge from anus.How shold I manage my anal fissure ,will it heals by medicine?pls suggest medicine/ointment for anal fissure.
