What is the best way to remove fissure? Laser treatment or homeopathy. If homeopathy, then how much does it requires to heal. Also what are side effects of laser treatment?

Medical treatment is the best treatment. 99% fissures heal COMPLETELY with proper fissure Treatment. I have never needed to operate for fissure even for severe fissures.
