Hi Doctor, My husband age is 30. He had underwent ACL reconstruction surgery 3 months ago.At that time he was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and he is  taking Istamet XR CP .Now his Blood sugar is in control. since he was in bed for more than 1 month after surgery,he suffered constipation and later he recovered from constipation but he is now diagnosed with anal fissures and experiencing severe pain in anal region. consuming painkillers, antibiotics and using lignocaine gel and cream. Pain is subsiding slowly but diarrhoea is happening past 2 days and again pain is starting. Doctor,Is there any issue between diabetic medicine , painkillers and antibiotics.
