Anal Fissures
I have anal unbearable pain and burning for about 3 weeks now..
Starts with terrible pain with stools in morning and continues upto evening as burning n paining sensation.
Tried ayurvedic medicines at start but to no benefit..
My general physician has checked it externally and says it's fissures.
Please help what should I do ahead and how long can fissures take to completely cure.

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath. feel free to ask any further quary.
