Anal inflammation
In morning during defecation, since last few days I am starting to feel little inflammation around the anal region which is discomforting. Also some vessels too come out during the process which go back inside once I am done with the bowel movement.

Good morning..
The problem you have is haemorrhoids most likely with the description you gave.
You should not put pressure while defecating, have lots of fibre food and drink plenty of water.
Can use stool softening syrup daily
