There are two possibilities in your condition it could either be a case of thrombosed external hemorrhoids or a fissure in ano. You need to get a proctoscopic examination To make a correct diagnosis.
As an immediate measure I would suggest you to take
1) Syrup Cremaffin plus 20 ml in the night
2) Lox 2%gel for paying to the anus twice a day ( just before passing stools once and also after passing the stools after cleaning the part thoroughly with water)
3) sitz bath ( take a tub filled with lukewarm water and add 1 cap full of betadine solution and sit in the tub for 15 minutes , do this twice a day )
4) consume diet rich in Fiber ( fruits and vegetables)
5) Avoid coffee, meat and eggs for the next 2 weeks .
6) have plenty of water
