Consult with surgeon for physical examination. If there is constipation also then give laxatives and fibre rich diet. Do urine routine microscopic examination.

Consultation with pediatrician or Pediatric surgeon is needed for examination. If child having constipation and pain while passing pee, you should do urine report and sonography. For pain in anal region, if constipation it may be due to that so take treatment for that. Or some hidden abscess or fistula , for that you need to do consultation.
