Anal Warts
In Feb'16, I noticed lumps near my anus.(I also had a bad throat). I went to see a general surgeon who told I have perianal warts. I went to a dermatologist, who prescribed imiquad and recommended Immunoassay and VDRL tests. VDRL tested positive with 1:32. I took doxycycline for two weeks. Then I started my treatment in Delhi, where the doctor treated warts with Podowart. They went away, only to come back after two weeks. Also, it made skin near my anus reddish which led to pain while passing stools. I had colonoscopy done for internal examination. No internal warts, but there was a fissure. Currently, I have a small perianal wart, for which I am applying imiquad. Also, doctor prescribed Acetretin 25 mg and advised for Gardasil shots as I am at high risk being homosexual. Is there any permanent cure for warts or will they keep returning? Any diet that can help or natural remedies? Any other form of treatment as Podowart causes reaction and imiquad is not that helpful?
