I appreciate your concern on getting better. However, if you're posting before and after x-rays for opinion then i feel you may not have complete trust on your surgeon.
Please sit with your surgeon and have a word about outcomes and about your course of recovery. I'm sure he will guide you.
Since you have asked, as a norm the outcomes of most fractures similar to what you have and surgery for the same are associated with good outcomes.
But I'm afraid that we can't offer much help just seeing an X-ray.
For what its worth the fixation of the fracture is good.
