Hi, I am facing issue while doing commode.. I am taking proper amount of water in a day still getting blood when I go for potty & lots of effort from last 5 days.. Sometimes there is gap of a day ... Please suggest...

Take Tablet Cifran 500 twice a day for 5 days Syrup Cremaffin 4 spoons at bedtime with a glass of warm water Sitz bath with betadine twice a day for 20 minutes Anovate/ Smuth ointment Three times a day before and after defecation and at bedtime
