34 weeks gestation hb- 8.8 after 1 unit of blood transfusion...can inj.orofer be useful now to avoid complication or 1 more blood transfusion needed??

Only 1 will be enough i think.
Also blood transfusion cn mk you go in preterm labour so at 8.8 iron injection 3 doses are enough.
Discuss further with your gynaecologist in details.
