Anger and cruelty
My wife behaves with anger and cruelty with all my family members including me and our chldrens. Otherwise her behavior is normal with outsiders.

She needs proper evaluation. Take her to a psychologist who r not doctors, donot prescribe medication but do counselling. After this show her to a psychiatrist.
