Anger,irritation,lonely
I am usually silent and annoyed. I get angry very easily and little things make me cry. I have no health issues but since the past few years I've been very cranky. I cry often and cry even if I'm laughing. I dont feel like having anything and get regular chest pains. I get a lot of headache these days and cant sleep for long hours. I get up in the middle of the night a number of times. My family keeps asking me what's wrong but i have no answer. I cnt explain. I prefer sitting alone and quietly. I want to be happy and joyful but i just cant. Even when i try to. I need help. I cnt handle this anymore.
