Dear patient, first remember in this world no one is complete. I have seen prominent personalities and I have not found  them up to the mark. They themselves have their limitations. Its only due to their status or their designation and fear of reaction after a action that  people dont tell them their mistakes or deficits though they may or may not consciously aware of it . They also get irritated and burst out on small issues but as they are successful or on higher designation they dont feel any need  to look upon these issues. They also irritated when things doesnt go their way. And believe me they take all those things more on their ego compared to you .  Why I am saying all these as you should understand that several things or behaviors are common among we people and you should stop critisizing yourself if you feel angry . First you think why you are behaving so. What can happen or the maximum disadvantage you can have if things doesnt go as per your wish. If its manageable then stop worrying about it and start thinking of some alternative. You also need to find out the reason why things doesnt go your way . If its in your control or  some external factors are working upon them making it beyond your  control.  Look upon your personality factors or deficits due to that you are unable to complete the assigned task. My advice will be to work on those deficits . Do yoga, meditation, relaxation exercise to keep you relaxed and for increasing your concentration.  Some time what happens that we dont want to think other ways and dont want to work extra to achieve our targets. So be mentally prepared to work extra and instill your self with hope and develope optimistic attitude for life. Also consult a psychologist as per my advise and learn some good anger management techniques.  Besides that good coping skills for stress management will also work a lot.
