Dear client, As a start you can try with ventilating your emotions first either by talking to someone or putting it down on paper and tearing and throwing it away due to which this aggression is getting boiled up. Secondly, you can try to leave the place when someone is saying something and after going in the other room try to bring your concentration on your breathing pattern that will help you distract yourself and calm down. Lastly, use method of either scribbling or use punching bag or even a pillow will do to remove your anger other than self harm.
Next Steps
Do consult a psychologist in person for better history and evaluation purpose
