Dear client,
As a start you can try with ventilating your emotions first either by talking to someone or putting it down on paper and tearing and throwing it away due to which this aggression is getting boiled up.
Secondly, you can try to leave the place when someone is saying something and after going in the other room try to bring your concentration on your breathing pattern that will help you distract yourself and calm down.
Lastly, use method of either scribbling or use punching bag or even a pillow will do to remove your anger other than self harm.
Next Steps
Do consult a psychologist in person for better history and evaluation purpose

Hello miss.
-- I tried to empathize with you and
understood your sufferings, anger and
helplessness.
-- Anger / agitation / irritability all represent the
underlying mood and emotions. I believe your
mood & emotions are not in good state for
recent times.
-- There are few things that can be discussed
regarding your problem :

mutilation / body harming.
6. Any recent unfortunate / unexpected
event in your life that is affecting you.
7. Any substance use/ abuse.
-- Self harming / mutilation of body is not good
and must be discussed with significant family
member.
-- I feel your parent should be the first one to
know about this issue & believe you would
have discussed the same with them.
-- Anyhow your parent has to be involved for
detailed evaluation & information concerning
your issue , without knowing their level of
awareness regarding your problems ,it will be
incomplete , inappropriate & unsafe to follow
any mode of consultation.
