Anger management and short tempered natu
I have been displaying violent behaviours (such as hitting myself, pushing others, breaking things) at times when I am in the middle of an argument and feel that my defense or argument is not able to resolve the fight or ongoing argument. Need urgent help on how to avoid such behaviour irrespective of the situation.

There could be many reasons for your behavioral issues. May be past experiences or some situational helplessness, unable to handle failure or fear of anticipated failures.  I am writing in layman 's language. Unless the cause is identified,  it would not be advisable to suggest any remedy/solution

there are ways to manage your anger, such as Yoga, meditation,  exercises etc.  however take advise of professionals
