I need help to control my anger,emotions etc.i really start getting flustered if things dont go my way.which is ruining my relationship.need help.do i need to see a psychiatrist?

I agree with Dr Sunil Gupta. The fact that you have realized and accepted that you need to control your anger is a very big step. If it is affecting your relationship, then it is definitely a matter of deep concern. What we say or do when we are out of control may cause a lot of hurt to our partners or those who care for us. This cannot be so easily undone. Please get help before your relationship gets affected past the point of no return.

Dear,  as you have mentioned,  if you can handle your expectations you can win the anger by yourself. Sometimes,  acceptance about the Reality is the subtle clause which would be missing.
