Since 5 years , I am feeling too depressed .
After I lost my job where I was working since 10 years at a good post , I have lost motivation, appetite,sleep.
Please help, I don't want to go on medicines.
I am Married but not involved in marriage life , my wife is also not happy .
I am unable to do any routine work.
I feel too heavy and depressed all the time.
I am also facing financial struggles

You mentioned that you're against medication, but a short course of medicines may help you get back on track and relieve your extreme distress- that's something you should at least consider.
