Anger outbursts
My brother is 28 years old. He has not moved out of the house since a yr now. Sits at 1 place for the whole day with the laptop on. He has done masters but did not get good marks. From then he is not trying to search for job. As well as staying away from outside world. He generally gets anger outbursts frequently and the situations are getting worse. Does not know what he is doing picks up anything and throws. Please suggest what should the family members do to make him social and calm.

His anger is probably a way to protect himself from facing his loss, reality and keep  people away from him. He needs to see a counselling psychologist for an evaluation and further course of action. The family can support him by encouraging him kindly, reduce criticism.

Wait for his good mood and support him to seek a professional help... Then fix an appointment with a psychological counselor in your city for him.
