Anger that gets uncontrollable sometimes
I have never seen success in life. broken relationships and close friends abandoning me. No family support... at 22 I am not yet graduated no jobs no nothing. Maybe I am severly depressed that often leads to serious mood swings which leads to sudden outbursts of anger

Every person come to this world with his or her own abilities.With proper time those abilities makes the persons life better .U have to faith in yourself and believe in ur abilities. U have to face and fight with all ur problems.Nothing is permanent in this nature ,so ur problems are also not last forever. Choose wisely in career options.Now a days 22 yrs graduate is not a good quality for job.U have to work hard.U may  take good job oriented course or u may work hard for Govt. Or private jobs. Moral of the story is u have to stay and fighting.Quitting is not an option. Feel free to contact me for further  help.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
