Angiography Query
Acute AWMI in May 2015 due to blood clot in LAD artery. Under blood thinners treatment since then. Is angiography the only way to be sure that the blood clot has dissolved? When to pull out medications?

Please see cardiologist as combination of prax (prasugrel ) and warfarin may lead to increased bleeding. Your artery may have been recanalized long back.

Hello yes angiography is one of the best investigation now......blood thinners may be prescribed for one year or for life time consult cardiologist for further evaluation and treatment. ...
