One week back while playing badminton I twisted my leg ankle while landing.. I had swelling for two days.. I have kep ice n hot packs.. now swelling is gone.. I can walk .. but I have some pain in the cuboid region while I put pressure.. ankle pain is reduced..have attached my xray

X-ray looks like there s some undisplaced fracture line in calcaneum near cuboid joint. U r doing the right things by doing rest and elevating your foot and ice packs. Using air cast or a formal plaster is suggested to have complete healing. Take any pain meds , gels etc

You are progressing in right direction . Ligament injury takes 3 weeks to heal and 6 weeks to settle down. Apply crepe bandage while you are walking or in office .

The X-ray appears normal. Continue mediations for pain and hot packs. Avoid excessive exertion It will take a few weeks to heal completely

Please use a crepe bandage for 3 weeks more and continue on ice fomenting If pain not severe don’t take any pain killers
