Ankle joint pain
My father aged about 63 got sudden ankle joint pain 2 days back and consulted a orthopedist. He gave for ESR, Uric acid and CRP test and the results are ESR - 32, Uric acid serum - 8.7 and CRP - 20.2. Please let me know what does it indicate and what needs to be done. Thanks.

It is showing gout which mean’s increased uric acid. Treatment is available for this. Ice pack over pain area. Avoid red meat, liquor, Palak, beet root.

Your uric acid is higher than normal suggesting Gout. Medicines can solve the problem for you. Ice fomentation will be soothing.
