Ankle ligament injury
I had ligament injury at ankle LP since from last month,I have taken treatment also,but till I'm having swelling and pain at that area kindly requesting to provide me a proper precautions or treatment for ankle ligament Injury,and I'm staying in GURGAON.

Hi. As per your photo it doesn't look so bad. Ankle swelling will take upto 3 months to come down. You can apply ice fomentation, keep leg elevated over 2 pillows and ankle binder. Please wear shoes which cover above your ankle and avoid going in areas which have lumps and bumps. Hopefully you will recover faster.
