Ankle Pain
I sprained my right ankle few weeks back and during that time it was swollen and i was in a lot of pain for a couple of days. The pain gradually reduced and all this while i was working and it involved walking around a lot. Although it has been more than a couple of weeks, there is pain in my ankle when i run or i try to flex my ankle.

Ankle sprain takes 6 weeks to heal. And during this phase avoid weight bearing and go for surrounding muscle strenthening to deload the joint. If pain persists visit nearby physio

You need physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises for about sometime along with electrotherapy and some anti-inflammatory and analgesic medications. exercise protocol will constitute isometric exercises followed by strength training and balance training exercises for ankle and calf. all the best.
