Yesterday during basketball practice I went up for a rebound and landed on someone else’s foot so I rolled my ankle. When I came down my toes were facing down and my toes came down first and my foot rolled on the side. I couldn’t put pressure on it for around 10 seconds and when I did get up I continued the play but I was limping pretty bad. Today it kinda hurts when it turns and it’s sore when I walk on it. I have a game today, so what should I do?
