Were you wearing a ankle band after injury? If not, please wear it for a week while walking. It will give support to your ankle and gives rest to your tensed ligament and tendon. Then after a week, wear the band for maximum 4 hrs a days for one more week. You'll have to start exercises in the meanwhile. Initially start with moving your ankle up and down as frequently as possible. Then move on resisted exercises for the ankle.( you can refer on Google for the exercises). After 2weeks, do heel raises for 30 reps, 2 times a day.
Health Tips
do not wear the ankle binder while sleeping.
