Hi! I had my ACL reconstruction surgery 2 weeks back. My knee if fine, though my ankle is swollen and has gel like liquid inside it. I also saw some red rash on my lower leg. Is this something I should worry about and what could it be?

Visit an orthopaedic surgeon..this might be allergic as your symptoms suggest ankle effusion.
You can try putting local ice packs and elevating your operated leg.
