Ankle twist
My ankle got twisted yesterday. At that time it was paining very badly, so I applied moov and covered with crape bandage. today status- pain is less and swelling is almost same as that it was yesterday. is there any chance of fracture or its just a swelling ??

Apply ice for 20mts ,twice a day,for 2 days & apply ankle support,dont massage it/ apply oinment like moov . It will be ok,but,if even a small amount of the pain is still their, consult a manual physiotherapist,who with squeeze technique can cure you,instantly

Apply cold pack . If the pain is reduced it cant be fracture.

You need an ankle X ray  asap to rule out any possibility of hair line fracture, if there's no fracture start physiotherapy treatment with advanced physiotherapy and rest , elevate your leg and ice packs application thrice daily and tie crepe bandage only while walking

Hi apply ice pack for 15 to 20 min , take rest ,  and ask the physio for sports taping  technic  see for  5 days
