Ankle twist
My ankle was twisted during playing cricket more than a one and half month ago but still am not able to run. As my ankle starts paining and it stops moving.

The best thing u have to do is proprioceptive exercises with the help of balance board and trampoline. And do peronial muscles strengthening exercises

U need to do ankle exercises and stretching (joint stretch).. take ultra sound and moist hot pack. once u should consult with ortho dr or physiotherapy dr.. thanks.. TC
