Ankolysing spondylitis
I am a 40 yr old female suffering from Ankolysing spondylitis. Earlier it was affecting my lower and upper back but now it has started affecting my pelvic region. I have to bear excruciating pain at times. Please tell what is the line of treatment and which medicine can I take that doesn't have any harmful effects.
