Ankylosing spondylitis
I have leg pain from past 3 months.after MRI it says left sacroilitis and my HLA b27 is positive. Rheumatologist said that i have ankylosing spondylitis. Please suggest me something i want to be sure about what has happenend? since im 22 yr girl im really worried about this

It is most likely that you have Ankylosing spondylitis. You must start appropriate medications as suggested by your rheumatologost. That will control your leg pain. However you must have an indepth discussion with the doctor about the course of the disease, the long term treatment , the need for exercises,  what exrcises, etc
