Anal fistula presents as nodular swelling at any point around anus. Intermittent pus discharge is seen from this nodular swelling. Usually Surgery is recommended for Anal Fistula. But it is not a good choice for the reason of associated complications like recurrence of fistula, stool incontinence etc. However Ayurveda recommends Ksharsutra treatment for Anal fistula which assures complete treatment for Fistula.
